In Hoop Soccer Ball Loop Lovie

This adorable little Loop Lovie is perfect to occupy little hands!  Use different sizes and styles of ribbon for the loops.  Youc a even use rick rack.

The design is in a single hooping but there is a second hooping included for a top stitch.  You can also stuff this too!
